Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Products can be exchanged or returned for refund within 5 days of delivery. Contact us at orders@modernfunctionhome.com to begin the return process.

We will ship-out your new replacement mat free of charge, once you’ve made your replacement selection. Please note that the return shipping charges on items are at the customer’s expense.

Restocking fee applies Kids Play-Mats & Splash Pads, Large Area Rugs & Runners. $40 for runners & splash pads and $50 for large area rugs & kids play-mats.

Please note products must be returned in their original product packaging. Upon receipt of your return, Modern Function Home will process a credit to your credit card net of any re-stocking fee.

To help ensure you make the right decision for your home, we recommend mapping-out the mat with painter’s tape on your floor in the desired area, to help when considering various sizes.

For faulty or defective products please contact us via email at orders@modernfunctionhome.com and include photos and a detailed description. Any products found to be faulty or defective will be replaced free of charge.
