Products can be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at orders@modernfunction.com to begin the return process.  Please note that shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense.  If you are making an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping on the returned product, however we got you covered on the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.  In addition, there is a restocking fee on all Kids Play-Mats & Splash Pads, Large Area Rugs & Runners that are returned: $40 for runners & splash pads and $50 for large area rugs & kids play-mats.   

Please note products must be returned in their original product packaging. Upon receipt of your return, Modern Function Home will process a credit to your credit card less the appropriate re-stocking fee. 

To help ensure you make the right decision for your home, we recommend: 

• Tape the size out on your floor in desired area  Painters tape is an easy way to do this, that won't leave marks and will help you get a good idea of what size would work best in your space.
• If you need further assistance, we are always available for questions at orders@modernfunction.com 

For faulty or defective products: 

Please contact us via email at orders@modernfunction.com and include photos and a detailed description, to demonstrate the issue.  If the product is found to be defective or faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
